Dentists outside the USA often ask if they can receive our Evolve KöR Whitening Deep Bleaching™ products. The answer is “ABSOLUTELY YES!” There are hundreds of dentists from every corner of the world using the KöR Whitening Deep Bleaching™ System.

Evolve Dental Technologies is the first company in the world to refrigerate a full line of whitening gels, from the instant of manufacture until received by the dental office. Typically, KöR products you receive shipped from the USA will have been protected from heat damage far more than any product you could order from your own country.

Even with whitening gel products manufactured in your own country, chances are that those products:

  1. May have been exposed to heat during storage in a warehouse at the manufacturing factory awaiting orders from the dental product company.
  2. May have been exposed to more heat during hot, slow freight truck shipping from the manufacturing factory to the dental product company.
  3. The products may then be stored in a hot warehouse of the bleaching product company in your country awaiting your order.
  4. Then the products are shipped to you from the dental products company in non-refrigerated packages, again with more heat.

When the bleaching products sold by a dental product company in your country were originally manufactured outside of your country, these products have typically been exposed to even more heat:

  1. Shipping from the bleaching product company outside your country, to the dental product company in your country will usually involve several additional days of slow, hot shipping.
  2. Large shipments of product imported into your country will typically take 1-3 weeks awaiting Customs clearance in warm warehouses (bulk shipments take much longer to clear customs). And then again slow freight shipping to the bleaching product company in hot trucks.

When our KöR Whitening Deep Bleaching™ products are shipped to you from Evolve Dental Technologies:

  1. From the instant of manufacture, the products have been refrigerated every second before they are shipped to you via international shipping.
  2. We send bleaching product in containers with cold packs that typically will keep the products cold and then “cool” for three days or more, depending on the weather.
  3. We ONLY send products internationally via “expedited” shipping such as 2-day or 3-day shipping. When shipping this way, the Customs clearance process starts as soon as UPS receives the shipment from us, so it is typically already “cleared” even before it gets to your country’s Customs service, and goes right through.
  4. Even if your Customs were to detain the shipment for a couple days, since it is an “expedited” shipment, they tend to rush it through Customs. Of course we cannot guarantee how your country’s Custom Service will handle the shipment, but typically the worst case scenario would be that your products could be un-refrigerated for a day or two before you receive them, which is typically still far better than any other system available to you.
