Meet Dr. Rod Kurthy, Developer of the KöR Whitening Deep Bleaching™ System

The KöR Whitening Deep Bleaching™ System was developed by practicing dentist Dr. Rod Kurthy, whose 30-plus years of research and development include bone regeneration techniques, techniques in cosmetic dentistry, impression techniques, a periodontal laser bone regeneration technique; and even credible, professional marketing techniques designed to attract only high-quality patients. Among his multiple areas of research, he participated in his first bleaching study over 30 years ago.

Awards and Achievements

Rod graduated in the top of his class, and completed a residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Rod is the recipient of numerous accolades including:

Rod is an expert dental consultant for several magazines such as People, and has been a feature writer for Oxygen magazine. He’s appeared on numerous high-profile national TV news and talk shows, as well as many radio shows and magazines such as Glamour and Esquire.

Dr. Kurthy is the author of five popular books, and over 40 journal and consumer magazine articles. He has appeared numerous times on the covers of several widely-read dental journals in the USA.

He has written for The Richards Report and has been interviewed twice for their famed tape/CD series, as well as by The Profitable Dentist and CareCredit CD interview series. He’s an exciting speaker, whose profound insight is conveyed to dental professionals throughout the country.

Rod’s efforts were also directly responsible for forcing Blue Cross of California to correct their Explanation of Benefit comments to conform to accepted practice.
